Common Placement Assessment Form: how-to videos

These bite-sized videos are designed to support the use of the Common Placement Assessment Form (CPAF) across all practice settings.

Please note, we have developed a new version of CPAF using your feedback.

The 'how to…' series of training videos is aimed at practice education teams and students throughout the UK to help them transition to using CPAF for student placements.

Each video features clear explanations of how to complete the different sections of CPAF, with examples across different areas of practice and time to pause the video to consider what this means for you when applying the theory to practice.
