Physio Wendy Hendrie was on the judging panel at an awards ceremony recognising the quality of multiple sclerosis care, so she was delighted to find she was also among the winners.

Ms Hendrie, a specialist physiotherapist at the Norwich MS Centre and co-chair of Therapists in MS (TiMS) won the award in November for outstanding allied health professional working in MS category.
It was the first ever QuDoS (Recognising quality in the delivery of services) in MS awards.
Although she was aware she had been nominated, Ms Hendrie had no idea that she had won prior to the awards evening.
The event heard that the breadth and depth of Wendy's experience in working with people with MS was vast and that she was recognised nationally as a physiotherapy leader.
According to colleagues all that she does is underpinned by kindness, compassion and a desire to deliver the best service possible she can to each and every individual.
