Q&A - the impact of COVID19 on physio degrees

The CSP's Gill Rawlinson answers students' questions on how the pandemic is impacting on physio degrees and the opportunities available during this time.

On Monday 20 April 2020, CSP Student Reference Group members Chloe Dooley and Martin Smith joined a video meeting with Gill Rawlinson (Assistant Director within the CSP's Learning and Development team) to ask questions from student physios about how the COVID19 crisis is impacting their pre-registration degree courses.

In the nearly-hour long video, Gill addresses questions from all year groups (received via Twitter, Instagram and email). She also provides clarification on the recently published guidance from Health Education England, which outlines the (optional) opportunity for middle-year students to work as Band 3 support workers during the pandemic.
