The staff in our Wales team represent the profession and members' collective views to politicians, the public and the press.
The CSP Wales office represents the interests of the membership in Wales, particularly with Welsh government in the Senedd, Cardiff Bay, and within the various government and NHS Wales health structures.
The office was established in 1995 and increased in size in response to Welsh devolution, when responsibility for some devolved matters, including health, was passed to the National Assembly.
The office aims to raise the profile and influence of physiotherapy in Wales, help shape national policy in health and wellbeing, and support members at a local level. The office also provides employment relations services to members and assists the work of the CSP Welsh Board.
